Refund and Returns Policy
General Policy
At Bruno Creative Studio, we strive to create high-quality, custom stationery products that meet your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Orders
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Non-Custom Orders
For any non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes papers without print, unaddressed envelopes without liners, and non-custom folders or ribbons.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

- Email us at brunocreativestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution
- We will review your request and, if approved, will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Before Production
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may have already begun processing your custom items, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
After Production
Once production has started, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
Errors in Customization
Our Mistake
If there is an error in the customization that is our fault, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description of the error and photographs if applicable.
Customer Mistake
If the error is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. However, we will work with you to provide a discounted rate for a reprint.
Return Process
- Authorization
- Before returning any item, you must receive authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Shipping
- If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
